Policy for Shipping, Replacement, Exchange, Refund and Order Updates
SHIPPING
We start printing and fulfilling your order within 24 hours of your order being placed. The printing and fulfilment time takes approximately 2-7 business days. Once your order is printed and fulfilled it is shipped out. Shipping time varies depending on the shipping provider. We estimate that your order should be delivered within 14 days of placing your order.
RETURNS
Our products are printed and processed by humans, therefore, as much as we want to have a 100% error-free production, there are sometimes issues. We will process a free replacement OR refund only for the reasons below:
- Wrong order received ( e.g., size, color, print )*
- Lost in transit (if the delivery timeframe for your location has passed )
- Faulty items
If for any reason you do not like the product, design, size, etc. we cannot process a return or replacement for these reasons.
Note: Please email us at hi@rootsybaby.com to provide images for the claims. *You do not need to return the items received if these are the cases.
EXCHANGE
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges at this time. If for any reason you do not like the product, design, size, etc. we cannot accept an exchange and replace them for free. As much as we want to ensure your satisfaction, expenses for this process are not healthy for us as a small company. A new order needs to be placed for cases like this.
CANCELLATION AND ORDER UPDATE:
Please email us at hi@rootsybaby.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request cancellation.
- Cancellation is only possible if the order has not been sent to production for printing.
- Order update (e.g., size & color) is only possible if the order has not been sent to production for printing.
- Shipping address update is only possible if the order has not been prepared for shipping.
Please note: We can't cancel orders that have been sent to production for printing and fulfilment.
